About Greg Marcos

A Markham resident, Greg has been married for 30 years and has two grown children. After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in Economics, Greg started his career as an Investment Analyst and spent the next 25 years working in the investment industry including portfolio management and running his own firm. Wanting a change of pace, Greg co-founded a telecom supply company four years ago and currently holds the position of Managing Director.

Greg has been volunteering for several years doing community relations and outreach and now wants to serve the people of Markham as their Regional Councillor. Greg has strong ties in Markham and understands the concerns and aspirations of Markham residents. Greg will make sure that Markham residents have a strong voice on Council and will always work in your best interests.
